Before working for Arahunga, Lauren was a primary teacher in a low decile school for more than 10 years. The majority of this experience was working with students working at level one of the curriculum. She has held various leadership roles including, Team Leader, ICT leader and PB4L leader. She has had a passion for working with students with diverse needs throughout her teaching career.
